3.1 Changes<\/h6>\n\nIn case of change on the peninsula, the associated cost is \u20ac6.95, corresponding to the shipping costs of the new product and the collection of the wrong product.\n\nIn the event of an additional peninsular change, our team will notify you of the related expenses. Please note that Ikaremin is not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred as a result of this change.\n\n
3.2 Returns<\/h6>\n\n

In the case of returns, the customer must send the product to the address indicated by our customer service team, bearing the corresponding shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n

Please do not send your product without first receiving instructions from our team.<\/p>\n\n

Ikaremin is not responsible for the return shipment that the customer makes, and any loss that the parcel may suffer while shipping. We recommend that you use a certified, tracked and POD courier service.. <\/p>\n\n
