How to return an article:
To make an exchange or return, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
- All items must be in perfect condition, unused, with Original Labels, Full Original Packaging, Related Accessories and Purchase Invoice.
- QA will determine if the IKAREMIN products are in the same state as they were sent to you. You will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from the handling of them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
- Failed pickups will always be handled by the client.
- If you return with a shipping company other than that authorized by IKAREMIN, we reserve the right not to refund shipping or return costs. IKAREMIN will also not accept consignments invoiced to the consignee or COD shipments.
- Products that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty as a result of the customer will not be reimbursed and will be made available to the mailer and returned to postage due.
If this is a return because you are receiving a wrong article or in bad shape, you should write an email to email@example.com and we will search for the best solution: you can choose if you prefer the refund or we send a new article.
IKAREMIN will carry out return expeditions exclusively on the peninsular territory. In all other areas, the client will bear the total cost of the return and will be paid later.
In that case, the original shipping charges will be refunded, if they have been paid. Do not forget to contact us in case of mistake.
The User/a may return to IKAREMIN any product which has a manufacturing defect free of charge. The User/a shall have a period of 15 days from receipt of the product to communicate to IKAREMIN its failure to comply with it. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the user.
It is essential to submit the invoice or order confirmation e-mail, via our contact page, sent an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 673660896 (from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm),indicating the product(s) to be returned, including a photo and a detailed list of defects found in the product(s). The deadline for making the return, in case of defective or defective products, will be established in the current regulations.
Once IKAREMIN receives the communication from the User/a, it will inform you within 3 to 5 business days if the return of the product is appropriate or not,IKAREMIN workers will look to see if the factory defect actually exists.
In case of return, IKAREMIN shall inform the User/the shipping form at its offices of the defective product, and may decide between:
- Change for other item: This may be done for another product of the same price. In case of difference, it must be paid if it is higher or not, the difference will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher without expiry.
- Return in payment format: The return is carried out as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date of return of the product. The refund will be made according to the mode of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
The following situations are NOT considered manufacturing defects and will therefore not be covered by the Money-Back Guarantee:
- Product defects or damage caused by improper use.
- Modifications or repairs to products not authorized by a third party other than an Ikaremin authorized dealer.
- Consequences of using the product regularly.
Please note that many of our products are made by hand, and therefore may have slight differences between them.
If the customer has purchased its IKAREMIN product from an authorized distributor, IKAREMIN is not responsible for the guarantee.
To formalise the exchange or return, you need to contact us on our contact page. When that is done, we will look after the entire process.
The product must not be used and must be accompanied by all original labels and packaging. If this is not done, or if the product has been damaged, there may be a depreciation and we would reject the exchange or return.
Upon reception of the order and verification of its good condition, we will proceed to make the change for the desired model or return the amount paid less postage.
If you only wish to return one or more of the products that make up the order, postage paid on the entire order will not be refunded.
The refund will be made as soon as possible by us, but the performance of this will depend on the type of payment used.
We work with the highest quality materials and carry out all the necessary checks to make sure that all our products are free from defects.
If you still consider your product to be defective, please contact us by email and we will take the necessary steps to resolve it.
There will be no additional cost to the User to return products with manufacturing defects.
In all cases, IKAREMIN will repay the payments as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the User notified his decision to withdraw from the contract.
